Seriously

I am not sure why, but I have just been finding it extremely difficult to keep this thing updated. I have lots of things to write about as far as my diet and training but I rarely remember to keep it updated.
Anyway, since the last time I posted I was able to get down the 225 lbs. That was about 2 weeks ago. Due to a coupe of weekends of careless eating and lack of exercise, I am hovering around 227-228. Luckily the next few weekends we won't have house guests so our diet will be back to normal. I am really hoping to hit 220 in a couple weeks.
I really need to force myself to get back into the gym. I know once the weather changes I will want to be at the gym every night, but there is something about the cold weather that makes me dread going to the gym. So I really am going to have to force myself to get back to the grind and start putting up some big gym number. I have basically 2 months until my first competition to I need to buckle down and try to get in decent shape for that.

anyway, I will try to get better about posting on here and hopefully I will have lots to write about soon.
