Time for a break

I have made the decision to take a break from my diet for about a month.
I am down to about 218 lbs, but I have lost so much strength it is ridiculous.
With my first competition coming up in just over a month, i feel it is time to try to get some strength back, even if it means gaining a few pounds. I know when the month is over and I get back to the diet, I will be able to lose whatever weight I gained pretty quickly.
I will be trying to hit the gym 3-4 times a week with as much cardio as I can stand in between.
I am also hoping to get out this weekend to throw for the first time since October. I am scared to see how much of a difference it makes now that I have lost so much weight.

I will hopefully have some good stuff to post on here, so we will see.
