Even after a weekend of eating horrible, horrible meals I managed a loss of 1 pound! 241.2 this morning. Not sure how this is but it happened. I just keep thinking that tomorrow morning I am gonna get on and it is going to say like 245 again, so I hope that's not the case.
But yes, I did eat very well this weekend (didn't really have a choice though....Not that I would have chosen differently) But so far it seems that it all worked out.
It is good to know that you can diet and still be able to go nuts from time to time and not have to pay much of a price (except for a guilty conscience). But the food was great and I am glad I got to enjoy it (even had a decent amount of Halloween Candy too)
I really need to get back to posting workouts on here so I will try tonight ( I PROMISE)
I am hitting the diet really hard this week with a goal of 235 by Thanksgiving. And then that will only leave me with 15 pound to lose to hit my overall goal of 220. I know it would be healthier to lose a little more, but a man has to have some dignity. I just don't think I would be happy being much under that. So as of now, 220 it is!
Guess that's it for the moment.
