It is that time of the week again.
Time for another weigh in.
This morning is weighed in at 235.0.
I was pretty pleased by this considering the fact I only hit the gym once in the last week and I went to a concert this weekend and had a very unhealthy dinner and breakfast.
But Amy and I made up for it by going on a 2 mile walk on both Saturday and Sunday.
It was good cardio, and we walked briskly enough to give me legs a bit of a good workout.
I am going to try to keep things really good for the next couple days, because I know this weekend will be a challenge. I am hoping to get to the gym at least tonight and Wednesday and hopefully Friday as well.
We will see how that goes since my parents will be in town.
I will have another weigh in on Monday, and hopefully it is a good one!
